Gizmo the Gremlin

I'm learning acrylics from the one and only Nathan Ota This was done with black and white Gesso. Black Gesso is like the awesomest thing ever, it makes acrylics work more like gouache. Going from dark to light is what I'm used to, so I'm glad I can keep doing it with acrylics. So much fun!

Still doing Art Shows and Conventions, but a lot less social networking, next event is  Comikaze Expo and Going back to school in the Fall! Thanks to everyone who came! Our friends are awesome! :)

Gosh I gotta remember I have a blogspot lol. This painting was done for my Mommy! It's Foxy Brown meets Wonder Woman! Foxy Wonder! :) I'm happy with how it came out, it was fun revisiting Gouache!

Grounded

This is my illustration for the word GROUNDED! It's my first Illustration Friday entry! So much fun! I gotta do this more often! Check out  www.illustrationfriday.com you should be doing it to! I wanted to try and be metaphorical and literal with this word, so interpret it however you want! haha
